Minimum charge is 30.00 euros.

Retain my services for a set number of hours per month

  • 4 hours per month – 120 euros

  • Set up folders and organise emails
  • Reply to any emails if needed
  • Flag important emails
  • Synching emails to diary

  • Checking emails twice daily (Mon-Fri only)
  • EMAIL INBOX DETOX – 90 euros (fee covers a maximum of 3 hours)

To include consultation, design set-up, branding, layout, testing (to include 1 edit)

Mailchimp/Mailerlite Monthly Newsletter - 120.00 euros

To include content preparation, layout, design, scheduling, testing and analytics (to include 1 edit)

Social Media

Facebook or Instagram or Pinterest Business Page Creation – 40.00 euros
2 platforms – 75.00 euros
Bundle package (all 3 platforms)  – 110.00.00 euros
To include creating the page, adding logo and cover image, completion of bio/about section, link to website/Etsy, initial settings. and connection to business tools.

Content Posting – 180.00 euros (monthly)
12 pieces of content (posts or stories) Instagram and Facebook (1 revision for each piece of content included)
Pinterest pin designs (each) 15.00 euros

Community Management – 60.00 euros (monthly)
Engage with your audience by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews across your social media channels.  This service helps maintain positive customer relationships, builds trust, and keeps your community active – all without you having to lift a finger. 

Special Estate Agency Package

As this is a bespoke package and will depend on the size of your business, how many clients you work with, how many properties you have, and what other tasks you would like to include, we will need to discuss your exact requirements.
However, here is an example package:

Estate Agency Package – 720 euros pcm

  • 20 hours per month of general administration including email documentation and liaising, and database updating (data entry), property sale management, document creation.
  • Upload 4 properties per month to the Company website including property description creation (does not include property image enhancement).
